The KMD.70 system is an optimally made set of aluminum profiles and components designed for the manufacture of window and door translucent enclosing structures. Optimal selection criteria were the best price-quality ratio and satisfaction of the increased requirements of DSTU for energy efficiency of translucent structures. System KMD.70 ”rationally suits both for embedding in the facade system of profiles, and for independent use.

Of the existing materials for the manufacture of window and door systems, aluminum is the most versatile. This is due to a number of advantages of aluminum, or rather aluminum alloys, over other alternative materials.

Aluminum is strong enough and at the same time has a relatively low weight. Aluminum structures are durable. An aluminum profile window can last more than 70 years, while not losing its mechanical properties and characteristics, such a window is not harmed by either high humidity, or temperature drops (from minus 50 to plus 50 degrees), or mechanical and ultraviolet effects. The aluminum profile does not burn, which increases the fire safety of the room. Among the important properties of this material are its harmlessness and environmental friendliness. Aluminum does not emit toxic substances and is absolutely safe for health.

Due to its simplicity and flexibility in installation, it is possible to create structures of various shapes, sizes, colors and types from aluminum profiles, which makes it possible to embody the most daring design ideas and give the interior an aesthetically harmonious look.

The KMD.70 window and door system is a “warm” series system with increased energy efficiency characteristics. This is achieved by the fact that between the aluminum chambers of the profiles of this system there is a special insert – an improved thermal bridge with increased thermal resistance. The purpose of this insert is to minimize heat transfer through the structure. Thanks to this, cold or hot outside does not affect the indoor climate. Thanks to the new thermal insert, the structural depth of the profiles has increased to 70mm. “Warm” aluminum windows also have better sound insulation compared to “cold” ones. Thermo-bridge is made of polyamide – a material that can withstand any weather conditions. To seal the system and prevent contact of aluminum with other materials (glass), gaskets are used based on high quality ethylene propylene rubbers (EPDM).
